TW-BRIDAL ONLINE accept return or exchange in the case of quality problem with our products. To return or exchange, customers are responsible for shipping costs as well as taxes, duties, and courier fees. And please note that:
1. You must issue your return within 7 days after receiving the products.
2. Please select a return method that allows you to insure your shipment and track its progress. TW-BRIDAL ONLINE is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
3. You are responsible for shipping costs as well as taxes, duties, and courier fees.
4. Most returns will process in approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional processing delays may occur. You will receive an email when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
5. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed, and must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks.
6. Merchandise must have all tags attached and be in its original packaging.
7. Gowns not returned in original condition may be refused or subject to a $70 restocking fee.
8. Final sale items can not be returned.

Usually, TW-BRIDAL ONLINE do not accept return or exchange if there is no quality or size problem with our products. You may exchange items within 7 days after receiving. Before sending, please add your reason information onto a paper and enclose it in your package. Shipping charges do apply to exchanges and are your responsibility to pay. Please note that duties and taxes may be assessed on exchange orders and are your responsibility as well.
Refund Process
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. Most returns will process in 2-3 weeks. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

Add your reason information onto a paper and enclose it with your merchandise.
Ship your return packaging using your preferred trackable and insured shipping method, and please record your tracking and carrier information. TW-BRIDAL ONLINE is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Address the return package to the address we provide, including your order number.
