Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or backordered; you will be alerted in both instances. In the event of a backorder, you will be provided an approximate date of shipment.
Import Fees
Import fees may be assessed in customs based on import, brokerage, duties, and taxes, and are not included in the order amount at checkout. They will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Backorders & Cancellations
If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be backordered. You will be informed if an item is backordered when you add it to your basket, or within 10 days of placing your order. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment. You will not be charged for backordered items until they are ready for shipping. Your order total will be calculated in USD. Please note that your method of payment may be charged in your local currency at an exchange rate selected by the issuing bank, and may also include foreign transaction fees. These are not determined by TW-BRIDAL ONLINE, and are not included in your order total at checkout.
In the event that a backordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please contact us.

2. Please select a return method that allows you to insure your shipment and track its progress. TW-BRIDAL ONLINE is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
3. You are responsible for shipping costs as well as taxes, duties, and courier fees.
4. Most returns will process in approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional processing delays may occur. You will receive an email when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
5. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed, and must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks.
6. Merchandise must have all tags attached and be in its original packaging.
7. Gowns not returned in original condition may be refused or subject to a $70 restocking fee.
8. Final sale items can not be returned.
