1. How do I know which size to order?
A: We recommend you getting measured by a professional tailor and using our FIT GUIDES to best determine your size.
2. Do you provide alteration services?
A: TW-BRIDAL ONLINE does not offer alteration services. We recommend you working with a seasoned tailor who has a background in bridal wear.
3. How do I make a return or exchange?
A: Usually TW-BRIDAL ONLINE do not accept return or exchange if there is no quality or size problem with our products. To return or exchange, customers are responsible for shipping costs as well as taxes, duties, and courier fees. Most returns and exchanges will be processed in approximately 2-3 weeks, depending on your method of return. Please note additional processing delays may occur in some instances. 4. What is the TW-BRIDAL ONLINE return policy?
A: Merchandise must be returned within 7 days after receiving. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed, and must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks. Merchandise must have all tags attached and be in its original packaging. Gowns not returned in original condition may be refused or subject to a $75 restocking fee. 5. Do I pay for the products at the time of ordering? Or do you accept partial payment?
A: You must pay the entire cost of the products at the time you place your order. TW-BRIDAL ONLINE do not accept partial payment.
6. How quickly do the produts arrive once I've placed my order?
A: Please note that some of TW-BRIDAL ONLINE products are in stock, while some are made-to-order items which are produced one by one. As to made-to-order items, all sizes and color choices, including all custom measurements, require additional tailoring time. 10~15 business days may needed for tailoring and handling. Usually we may process the delivery within 3 to 5 days. Different delivery methods may lead to different delivery time. Please check with us when buying.
7. How will the products be shipped? Is there a signature required upon receipt?
A: Products will be shipped via different delivery methods, depending on which country or district to go. We require a signature upon receipt of the package. You will receive tracking information when your item is shipped.
